Ciclismo e Bicicletas
Quando passei a praticar meditação sob a orientação de Sri Chinmoy, no mesmo dia resolvi começar a praticar esportes. Simplesmente coloquei um tênis e saí para correr um pouco nas ruas do bairro. Logo isso virou uma aventura em minha vida, e vou falar mais sobre a corrida na página própria.

No fim de 2008, conversando com colegas, e pelo próprio exemplo de Sri Chinmoy, que completou três provas de 24 horas de ciclismo (1977, 1978 (foto) e 1979), comecei a treinar também. Comprei uma bicicleta de estrada e comecei a fazer exercícios diários indo de uma cidade até outra e voltando.
Logo se tornou uma das coisas que mais gosto de fazer. Não só pela diversão ou pela intensidade do treinamento, mas pela transformação que decorre por superar meus obstáculos internos: dúvida, medo, preguiça, etc.
